Had All State insurance on my F250 2009 and had a fender and driver side door damaged in an accident. Took it here for repairs. Dropped off the truck on 4/15/2026 paid in a cashiers check my$1,000 deductible, unfortunately got the bad news on 4/21/2026 that the truck was totaled out. So I approved the paperwork for the insurance company to pay out. I go to classic collision and retrieve the little belongings that remained in the truck. Was told that I needed to give them an address for the refund of my deductible, so I did. Here it is 5/16/2026 and they have not yet given me my $1,000 dollars back. Having lost my only means of transportation I need the money for rental car until I can afford a new vehicle. I’m a disabled man who lost an eye in a work accident and am on a fixed income. This is not how customers should be treated.

There seems to be a disconnect between the check-in counter and the technician. I took my RAM/6.7 Cummins there for a 25K service. I told them I recently purchased the truck, I'm taking a 3K mile trip and don't know the vehicle's history. In addition to an oil change I want filters replaced and all fluids checked. They failed to replace the water separation filter, which had a DENT from being struck. They didn't even check the differentials or the transfer case which needed fluid replacement. Disappointing after paying $500+. Many of the reviews show a lowering of service quality. I would agree.

Customer service has gone way down hill. (Rude) Called to get shocks and struts I have purchased. Was going to replace myself. Didn’t feel comfortable trying the front struts. They told me they don’t take customer purchased parts. I called The Garage Automotive. They told me no problem, bring them in and we will take care of it. Needless to say Greeley Automotive has lost a customer for good. I definitely recommend The Garage Automotive for your automotive repair needs.

Excellent customer service. They replaced/fixed my car same day and saved me from unnecessary repairs yet made me aware of what I needed to prepare for in the future. And gave me documentation and including estimates of the costs of car maintenance that I was considering. They answered the phone every time that I called and even stayed a bit later so that I could pick up my car and pay instead of having me wait the whole weekend for pick up which I appreciate. I appreciate the honesty and I trust them. They allow me to bring my own parts which allows me to save money on repairs even if it doesn’t come with their warranty, yet they can also order new parts that come with a warranty. Perfect- Thank you!
